  1. We planted our potatoe seeds in March in Houston TX, 3 Months later when the shoots went brown we harvested them. We got two tiny potatoes and that was it. We planted 4 potatoe seeds in each grow bag. We watched a video and used all the soils and manure they said but it did not work for us. Do you think we have to use different soild with being in Houston TX?

    • Hi there,
Potatoes are easily to grow, they do not required much care. The reason for such senerio can be one from the mentioned below :-

      1. Size of the grow bag.
      2. Less amount of soil or the buds not planted deep enough in the soil.
      3. Low sun light (potato plant required 6 – 8 hours of sunlight everyday) or less moist soil (moist not wet)
      4. Soil suffed (Less Airy Soil) in the grow bag resisting the potatoes to grow in size.

      Hope this is helpful 🙂
